I’ve had this for about 3 years now. No complaints so far. Cold (or hot)water delivered quietly. Made in Canada(NOT China)so you KNOW it’s quality stuff. And it looks good enough for any office or home. And,according to the energy consumption label,it only costs about $27.00 a year to operate. It also beats taking up a ton of refrigerator space for the individual water bottles that create lots of new landfill waste. And you get 5 gallons of good tasting water for about $7.00. It’s a lot cheaper than purchasing the small 20 ounce bottles. I figure it’s already paid for itself in savings over those little bottles. And a lot less stuff to throw out every week.
